When an inventory is compiled by a trained inventory clerk the inventory report is in reality a legally binding document which forms part of the tennancy agreement between a landlord and a tenant. Inventories completed by us go into great detail providing an acurate and substatiated written record itemising the interior condition and decorative order of the property and contents prior to occupation by the tenant. Our clients are always suprised at the amount of detail recorded and included in their completed inventory. It is only when they run into dificulties with a tenant that they understand why some much detail was required.

Inventory Management Solutions were established in 2009 with a core purpose,  to meet the demands of the rental property market demand for inventory services to prepare and provide professional, consistent and high quality independent residential inventory's. We have the capability to provide Landlord Energy Performance Certificates which in October 2008 became a legal requirement for landlords to show prospective clients, prior to letting the property. We also have the capability to perform corgi registered inspections
