When an inventory is compiled by a trained inventory clerk the inventory report is in reality a legally binding document which forms part of the tennancy agreement between a landlord and a tenant. Inventories completed by us go into great detail providing an acurate and substatiated written record itemising the interior condition and decorative order of the property and contents prior to occupation by the tenant.
