To the majority of people an inventory will appear to be a simple list of the contents of a property. When an inventory is compiled by a trained inventory clerk the inventory report is in reality a legally binding document which forms part of the tennancy agreement between a landlord and a tenant. Inventories completed by us go into great detail providing an acurate and substatiated written record itemising the interior condition and decorative order of the property and contents prior to occupation by the tenant. Our clients are always suprised at the amount of detail recorded and included in their completed inventory. It is only when they run into dificulties with a tenant that they understand why some much detail was required.
